Check needs to be received at least 10 days prior to your event. This will give us ample time to make sure the check does not bounce. We at JML Jumpers, LLC apologize for this inconvenience. This is due to bounced checks in the past and a loss to JML Jumpers, LLC. It is our only solution to protect ourselves from having this issue re-occur.
Bounced Check Policy: If a check bounces, which we hope will never happen, the customer will be responsible for all charges related to the bounced check.
Credit Card: Credit card charges will be made over the phone prior to the event.
Deposit: A $50 deposit by credit card is required for all rentals to hold the inflatable unit for the selected date of your event.
